Spot On Events is a full service event planning corporation to help you with all your event needs. Stephanie Franco, owner of Spot On Events, said that her and her team love to plan events where they can, “be creative and give people experiences that they would never be able to get on their own”.
The Village has had the pleasure of collaborating with Spot On Events for the past two years. They are some of our favorite clients to work with and we’re ecstatic that they’ve won the BizBash Event Style award for “Best Incentive Program”!
Dell Boomi puts on their yearly “President’s Club”, an incentive event for their employees that go above and beyond their sales expectations. It’s a week long extravagant affair that Spot On has planned for the past 2 years. Last year, it took place in Lisbon and this year it was moved to Argentina.
The overall theme of the event this year was the elements: earth, water, fire, and air. Different elements were brought into each event day as a way to keep guests in touch with the earth and their surroundings. Throughout the week, attendees were given a plethora of activities to participate in and went home with special gifts every night.
The week was kicked off with “Camp Boomi”, an adult art camp with multiple activity stations such as painting and make your own leather bracelets. The week continued with activities such as spa days, golfing, walking, biking, and museum tours. The biggest event of the week was a pool party followed by a fantastic gala inspired by the Disney/Pixar film, Coco. And to bring it all to a close, on the final day attendees were treated to a private polo match.
Spot Events strived to give Dell Boomi’s guests a “once in a lifetime experience so they always have this memory of how magical that week was in Argentina”. Stephanie and her team are already excited to start planning for President’s Club 2019, which she says will be taking place in Costa Rica.
