The Dev:Network produced what they were calling the nation’s largest challenge-driven hackathon at The Village event space in San Francisco, February 7-8, 2015. In production with the developer week conference, the hackathon was held for 48-hours.
Over the weekend, the participants were tasked with real world problems created by the public and by sponsoring companies. After a great deal of coffee, pizza, and of course, coding, the teams presented their solutions and the top three were chosen.
The event took place throughout the whole building and housed over 800 hackers, the largest the Dev:Network has seen to date.
